Jr, all those noforce commands only work in 1.6 & the goldsrc engine notice on where you said -high sets 'hl.exe' not 'hl2.exe'... thats what I thought at least

Ya, minor typo. I just checked my task manager and it works as it should.

As for the -noforce commands, they do still work in source.

if u have a logitech like i do (g9) u can disable acceleration in the setpoint driver config software

so has anyone increased their USB port rate? i upped it from 150 to 250. I do notice less delay but have to get use to it because the feel isn't exactly the same. I even tried 500 hz but didn't like it so i went back down to 250. I'm using the Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0

best mouse ever created!!

btw as far as the -high command, it personally slows my computer down but that could be because i'm using an older pc, single core, etc. so i could never run that command, but as far as the mouse commands, yes they do work and i cannot play without them.

and just a little tip for the rest of you... here's what my command line looks like for css:

-heapsize 1572864 +mat_hdr_enabled 0 -tickrate 100 -gl -nojoy -full -noipx -novid -console -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd

some of you may want to take advantage of the heapsize command if you're not already doing so. i find it useful for smoother game play.
