"CS online" English beta just came out. cso.iahgames.com its not that great but as its only 600mb I have been able to run it on my netbook with no problems. its slower than quake live and its hard to find a server that will give you ping lower than 200 but kinda fun :)

There is no way this will become more widely played than CS:S, but as its free to play (with some weapons and you can earn points to buy new weapons by playing) And it will run extremely well on netbooks (a growing gaming market). There is no question I will be playing it when I am away from my gaming pc.

micro transactions has a big future for gaming, its been done for a long time in koreaa and nexon has some sucsess with it in north amarica. good example is lord of the rings online, free to download and play but you can buy in game shit. i tend to like this payment method since its way cheaper for casual play and if you want to spend money down the line you can

pshh why would you buy a real hat a tf2 hat dose a far more effective job of
1. keyping you dry
2. keeping the sun out of your eyes

after aall avoiding outdoors is the best way to protect yourself
