CS:GO Competitive Dedicated server

Hi guy's,
I built a server and config'd it to be competitive. We have been able to join the game successfully but using server browsing and adding it to favorites. We played one game and the rules was the same as competitive mode but when we finished to play the victory didn't add to our competitives win. So I was wondering how to be considered by the game as a true competitive server. And also is there a way to join our server using lobby and matchmaking to find other players to play with?

Only 5v5 matching add up wins/losses, on valve servers.

I am not banned lol but this way we would meke sure to have good ping. So this is impossible?

I think you need to become a Valve ranked server for that to work. Using a competitive config just makes the gameplay mimic a competitive server.
