connection issues.

i am now forced to connect to a wierless network. and i am haveing alot of problems with it. im useing a linksys range plus wireless (wmp110) and am connecting to a linksys router. everything about my card seems to be working fine. drivers up to date and i can see the network. i have all the security and network key set up prooerly but when i connect i cant seem to get internet acsess and all of the other computers in the house inculding the one wierd to the router and the xbox loose internet acsess but when my computer isnt connected the rest seem to work fine.

i have know idea why this would happen and i cant seem to get it to work.

Linksys Card, connecting to Linksys Router,
Drivers Up to Date, Security Info is Correct, You CAN see the network,
But when you connect, you Dont have Internet Access, and everything else connected in the house drops at the same time.

Does the router in particular have any drivers you need to install? There may be a special driver required for Windows 7 Users

Try firmware update on router. Double check your settings in the router config (through a browser, connect to the router ip, yada yada) and make sure of all settings.

got it working. had the wireless antena pluged into the wrong slot on my wifi card. /dumbass thx for the help guys i ended up gettting a new router as well and it seems to have a better signal none the less
