Nope, because you can get Crits from RTD.

Haha, Happy, not to be a smart-ass... But.. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=666222 - Here are all the RTD effects. I see Darkly only uses 33 out of the 35 rolls, as I have never rolled "Player Shrink" or "Big Head" on Darkly. Each Roll has an equal chance to happen, so 1(You can only get 1 roll per executing the command) divided by 33(Possible rolls) = 0.0303030303030303% chance of getting a roll, or in this case, the "Crits". You were off by 0.0203030303030303%, so you don't have to worry that much.
