Yay, another way for people to kill each other. Great.
Why would you want a round that explodes above the target.. I'd much rather use the rounds that explode on contact.
One leaves you with nice bright confetti, the other one turns you into confetti.
I saw a gun about a year ago that was till in R&D that had night vision, thermal vision, and build in depth censors that actually told you if the round would be capable of piercing the wall and hitting the target, or if you needed to reposition.
