Until Rogers and any other ISP for that matter offer a decent bandwidth... it's pointless in Canada
Rogers themselves started offered VOD and yet a 60 monthly fee gets me a measly 80gb cap. WTf!

well the "last mile" has always been the issue with information delivery. Supposedly Cincinnnati Bell is going to lay fiber in the neighborhood this summer.
