Was mindlessly browsing the web at school and I found this guy who hacks wii remotes and makes all these mods and stuff. He uses the IR leds from the wiimote to do some pretty sophisticated head tracking. This combined with some dynamic 3D rendering makes for a pretty badass effect. Honestly the possibilities are endless Im gunna start making a shooteresqe game with this mod as soon as this semester is over. Once I make my millions ill donate $20 or so to TD 
I guess this should have gone in the gaming or technology section. My bad forum police. I dont think anyone read this anyway so it doesn't matter.

EDIT: Ok updated the link, works now...its the one at the bottom about VR headtracking.
If you're actually gunna watch the video, but don't give a shit about how the technology works, just skip to about half way through where he shows it in action. Seriously it blew my mind.
