I think we've all had enough...

I can't edit... The png link is a snapshot of him firing at the exact moment the spy in that image was his target.

Just as a matter of transparency, marcelo is quequen (and cashxcarti in the video). He added me after his ban and informed me of his ban. I told him I would look into who banned him (Tank) and why (hacking). I did not make any promises to either party as to what would happen until I reviewed the evidence.

Looking at this video, I'm inclined to agree with the ban, but I would like more input on this.

During my time playing TF2 and at times watching videos on the types of cheats that exist in the game courtesy of a man by the name of Max Box, from the way he is aiming and the types of shots he is landing it looks like he is using a silent aimbot/trigger bot.

For people who don't know what a silent aimbot is, it is a type of cheat that when you move your cross-hair over an enemy the program will try to pick up that targets head and when it registers the persons head, it will trigger the program and automatically shoot the target in the head.

You'll notice in some parts of the video we will track someone that is in front of him while he is scoped in and tracks for a few seconds until he takes the shot.

One good example of a silent aim/trigger bot can be found in the video provided:

The way the replay shown in the video is very similar if not identical to the one provided by Tank.

There were some shots in the video where he headshots Bomberman64 multiple times even though his cross-hair wasn't even on his head and it still registered (the screenshot provided proves that point).

There has been a lot of tension and controversy on whether with guy was actually cheating or not, but I think this video has closed the case.

I say boot him out.

Go to 1:18 in the video for the information I just spoke about

I don't know why I can't edit to fix my incorrect link syntax, so sorry for the double post. It was supposed to say "Previously applied to Staff" and be a link to his application, not the fucked up way it posted.

You can't edit your post because of the section it's in - posts made in the ban section need to remain unaltered by involved parties for reference. I did however edit the broken link syntax from your post.

u guys saying im silent aimbot, but the video is just a spec record, its obviously gonna be late, and because i removed all friends list is due to i didnt talk to anyone that were on my friends list, either i only played competitive. unban me yo lmao

There is a template for appealing bans. If you cannot make the effort to use it we will not make the effort to review the ban - period.

Alright, everyone calm the fuck down.

First of all, Do not discuss the ban in this thread, the fact that this case is so controversial makes me believe that we will need to have one of those, but NOT in this ban appeal thread.

Second of all, I don't know who perma banned him without waiting for @Tick Tock Man @Cmp™ @14bux or I to talk about this situation, as we are the ones that usually handle ban requests, but I'm going to be reversing the perma ban to a 3 day ban until this gets sorted out because it is commonplace to do so when there is a suspected player that is cheating. For the people who do get input on this matter, I have locked this thread, and I have made another one in a place that you may post.

Finally, I would like to point out that there has been an extreme amount of abuse enacted upon this player by constantly banning him/her without proper evidence. Staff members are to be held to the responsibility of banning for enough time to provide evidence on the forums to extend the ban permanently instead of banning a player every 3 days each time their ban expires. If anyone has a problem any of this, they may take it up with me personally, but I would hope that fingers cease being pointed and the evidence looked at carefully. All posts on this thread up until this point have also been removed unless constructive to the request. That is all
