I was telling Ice about this article last night. Pretty interesting read about how sharing profitability with your employees also benefits shareholders instead of screwing over your employees to benefit the shareholders.

Interestingly enough my company just got recognized for the fact that it (as a share of revenue) tends to donate more to charity than pretty much any other Fortune 100 company.
