Can't join the CS:GO server

I'm New Here
Trying to join the CS:GO server - 208.68.90.171:27015 but after the Joining Lobby message appears I get kicked back to the main CS:GO page with a message that says the session has ended. Before i start going down the road of trawling Steam forums can't someone confirm if the server has been updated with the recent patch?

KK I'll try it again tomorrow. Don't think it's my client as I was able to get in on some other random servers I tried. Verified the steam cache but no change.

I can NEVER get into the server anymore. I try for half an hour, and its always full. Then, it will suddenly start to connect, and I get a prompt saying "You have been kicked from the server due to slot reservation" so.. fuck it. I end up playing something else.

I don't know if that is related, but it SUCKS.

when i try to join, i select auto-join, but i don't let the machine do it for me.. instead i alternate click between the 'refresh' and 'join' buttons

get in eventually :)


also GO's been buggy, i get random disconnects myself

Felkin, I get that error every now and then. I usually just reboot steam and I'm good to go.

Just pound the refresh button while you are waiting. That's what I do.
Steam really needs a lineup system "you are 5th in line to get into server". The game give you a minute to connect from auto connect or goes to the next person.

Play on the competitive server.

We don't have slot reservation..... nor has anyone gotten that error before because we simply don't have the plugin/mod installed for that. Are you sure you're connecting to the No AWP server o.o

Shoot's correct, we do not employ any sort of slot reservation, however Steam's been known to send out a few different messages for the same issue.

I've seen that stupid reserve slot error before. Typically goes away on its own.
