If you're buying a single copy, you can purchase a license key from shitty-ass retailers like TigerDirect. I'm not sure how much. You won't get the software, you'll have to download it and burn it, but it will save you money.

I think 128GB will be fine, I don't have enough games to even come close to filling the larger drive.

It's not about the size, it's the speed. Most SSD's notice a significant speed increase at, or above, the 256GB size.

Also, getting a larger SSD than you strictly need is a good idea if it is facing heavy use, more space to spread the usage over, i.e. wear leveling.
