Ya he must buy sooo much fucking food. His names Rich Piana. He gets paid by Mutant, and he did well in the housing market, which got him rich. He also has rental homes which he says he could live a nice lifestyle from.

thanks guys, good tips. i'm more after the strength then getting swoll just trying to establish a bit of bulk first. my role model in this shit is bruce lee. he could lift a 90lb weight straight in front of him with his back straight. dude just had explosive strength packed into such a lean frame. anyway, i started eating more, here's my usual diet now:

breakfast:
2 packs instant oatmeal w/ half cup wheat bran & big scoop of peanut butter
1 cup kefir (9g protein)
coffee

lunch:
bowl of brown rice noodles
chicken
mixed beans

dinner:
chicken sandwich (~500-600 cals)

for snacks I do fruits like apple and orange (carbs) with almonds and a cup of kefir and ofc the after-workout shake with AOR Advanced Whey. I can't add any more cals after dinner or it fucks with my sleep

wow its cheap too. might have to do some research on that one. I like optimum products but have not used it as my mass gainer

shit nevermind look at the amount of servings 16 in 12 pounds, thats how you get all the excess carbs cals and protein you take twice as large of a serving

You need more food than that. Double that and put in pasta

Sal 30 mins before bed you should be getting some sort of Casein protein it is a slow absorb protein which will help feed muscles while sleeping. I take optimum casein it also has other nutrients that help as a sleep aid.

And 90lb straight back isn't very much. If I'm envisioning correctly, I do double 75lb dumbbells straight armed from my side to over my head in front of me. That's only 150 most bouncers can lift a 150lb man straight backed

i drink this before i sleep sometimes, can really knock you out and its got some calories in it
