thanks for advice guys, i'm def gonna try out them hammer and zottman curls because the normal curls don't seem to be good for anything. all my workouts now are with free weights, local gym is packed at all hours so it's not even worth going. i think my main issue now is that some of the workouts aren't that effective even maintaining proper form and as much weight as i can go for 5-6 reps. it's tough to increase my food intake because i just don't get that hungry, i guess i need a more effective way to break down the muscles to create the hunger?

Working out hard, youll get more hungry. To bulk up fast, dont just do 5-6 reps....Do 4 sets, starting at 12 reps with lowered weight, and each set, you lift more weight while doing less reps. Reps should go 12, 10, 8, 6

You may need barbells to get enough weight into some exercises such as squat/dead lift.

If you are looking for bicep exercise try bent over barbell rows. They force you to use your core for stabilization.

oh yea I remember hearing about this pyramid sets scheme. I can work this in easily, I'll try it next workout
