I don't buy RPG's until the SUPERDELUXE-GOY-ENHANCED-DIRECTOR'S-CUT-WE'RE_SERIOUSLY_DONE_CREATING_CONTENT_FOR_THIS_FUCKING_GAME versions come out so I don't have that "I'm-so-angry-I'm-going-to-squeeze-my-nuts-in-a-vice" feeling when they add a brand new +1 Robe of Ass-Fuckery that I can't get without spending $1.99 because I bought the game too early. Then I download it and go back to playing Counter-Strike.

What? Bioshock is a single player FPS.

Really? I've actually never played one. I assumed it was a Fallout 3-ish style RPG. That is, a single player FPS with RPG elements. Haven't you figured out that I don't know WTF I'm talking about yet, Cock?

Motherfucker! I just bought Tapatalk like a month ago. Is it really worth paying twice?
I just found out about it yesterday, too. I didn't want to pay, but I did. I like it a lot better for N7. And you can actually see alerts and get notifications. It was worth it for me since I've been using forum on N7 so often, and I might grab a Nexus 10.

Alright, I'm gonna pick this up. If I didn't have a wife and kid I'd have both the 7" and the 10" too, but I can't really justify it. I decided on the 7" because it was the most versatile, especially since I read on it.

Yeah, for reading I really like it. A little pissed with battery, but otherwise a neat little tablet.

Thread successfully jacked. :fuckyes:

In all honestly I would not buy this game right now.
I got it for $60, plan on returning it and getting money to spend on something else. Story is great, gameplay is fun, but it's really short. I finished it in a day. I don't really see me picking it up again any time soon, since it's not like different games where you can go and explore and actually have purpose to doing so. Also not really like BioShock 1 or 2 at all, which is kind of saddening. It's fun, but not worth $60 if you can't resell it.

The game is a typical 9-12 hour game which is pretty standard for fps campaigns in this day and age. Bioshock 1/2 was around the same length.

I hated the first Bioshock. I got it because it had such a high metascore and it was a "classic", but I seriously doubt I would ever get another Bioshock game because I couldn't even make myself play the second chapter in the first one.

WAAAT
BIOSHOCK 1 IS MY FAVORITE GAME OF ALL TIME
I can get that you may not like how it :thatfeel: gameplay wise, but it's a great game. Also, bioshock infinite is a lot more cartoony, and isn't really at all like bioshock 1/2

This is why I don't buy games over $20 any more. No matter how good a game is it will fall to that price point eventually.

There are a few amazing scenes in the game, I love the cinematic value they put on the table constantly.
You'll feel comfortable with the combat / powers system because it's very similar to the other Bioshock games.
I haven't played overly far into it yet, but there seems to be enough to keep you occupied and enjoying it.
It really seems more like a hybrid of Dishonored and Bioshock to me though, take that how you will.
