Internet Privacy will always be at risk because this batch can't make up their minds on what to do. How about throwing all talks about privacy away and start doing something more productive, like taking Alaska from the United States?

Good. I think law enforcement would be a lot better equipped to successfully investigate serious crimes if they had quick access to digital footprints to the degree that it's sensationalized on TV. Ignorance and paranoia is what's blowing this issue up because if you think about it rationally it's about people having a problem with the government accessing data that's already been willingly handed to Facebook and Twitter (which was just busted open by hackers). I certainly trust the police to not waste my data more than I do Facebook who fucking sells it for a profit.

And that's where the "paranoia" S@l talks about comes from. I'd rather be unmonitored then have one more jailed peedo getting a free Master's degree in prison, on my tax dollars.
