u´ll get a better fps on css if u use an older graphics card (gForce 9600 gtx or so). its an old game, so most graphic cards and cpu´s are not supported by the game. buddy of mine gets a steady 150 fps (smokes and everything) on his older PC. his new pc doenst get that high when smokes and shit are out.

this rig cost around $1300 and the score would likely be significantly higher if i actually oc'd the cpu. sandy bridge was so fucking beast, and ivory bridge is supposed to be quite a bit better lol.
