EXPIRED Begging?

Hey fellas, there's been an on-and-off beggar on the Darkly trade servers, going by the name 'bleh'. Asks for free stuff repeatedly for 30-45 minutes, he was on tonight between 21:00 - 21:25 EST, I've seen him every once in a while over the past few weeks. Contributes absolutely nothing to the servers other than being annoying.

I don't know if there's any rules in place against this sort of thing...but it sure gets old in a hurry.
