Biop, I was reading an article yesterday that stated the corporation that owns the Yankees generates less revenue than even a % of the profits Rogers makes overall. The Jays entity is profitable & provides content for a bunch of their channels, etc. They didn't try to quantify the amount the Jays make if you take all streams into account, but this team is underspending. We are a biga$$ market, time to slap Ice's twinky crew around for once!
If the Jays don't spend some dough once they have the talent base they are after, I will be very pissed. This team makes money & should spend like it rationally at some point soon! The VW trade was still a good move as it was a poorly constructed contract fucking whoever inherited the team after JP.
Also, fuck the Yanks & Jeter's cameo in "The Other Guys". What a shit actor.
