I actually did frap myself (this makes it sound like I'm saying I masturbate =p) to resolve the first ban. That was like probably 2-3 years ago now. I am leaving tomorrow so I won't have a chance to play again until probably late August. I would've preferred a quick resolution but it seems that won't happen. However, it would be nice to come back later and be able to play without having to deal with being banned still. At this point you basically have 8 months to make a decision =p. Also in console you can type demoui (which is the user interface). To save you the time, go to tick 24000 and it happens shortly after. If you want to watch the whole thing go for it.

Watch it carefully. He checked in front of the crates before getting into open view then did not start shooting until the guy was there. To be honest, I think enough people on the server would've smoked him because the guy was in plain view. Many times do I get HS through corners or from pre-fire before I even get around the corner. This was not even close. If you check how he played every round, he has a fairly similar routine.

Honestly I watched the demo multiple times, and only once did I think wtf? I checked that part 4 times and it was a fluke. He was spraying at someone at end of B tunnels from short A. Then hit someone in the head. That's when I was like WTF? I checked it again and he was spraying at someone at end of lower B tunnels, and some noob T hopped on crate down the middle in front of double doors and his face got in the way of a bullet.

Seriously, there is no proof of anything pointing to him being a hacker at all. People shouldn't get banned for having a fast reaction time or being lucky. I watched Lacrimosa HS players with an awp through fences on de-port while they were in mid-air of their jump. Near impossible shots, yet this gets a ban! This is in addition to him being here pleading his case on more than one occasion it seems. Why would any hacker do that and in such a civil manner? It's surprising he hasn't spewed some profanities TD's way; he's shown patience and maturity.

My opinion is BS ban ...

To continue on the same lines, it also helps looking at previous video's to understand how a player moves in the environment.

Most top players follow the same strategy, in every map. Rarely do they differ. You can almost always tell a hacker because he or she runs pell-mell through an environment, without pause and pwning the server. These guys play the same routine over and over and over.

If anything, I recommend a ban for just being plain fuckass boring

There's 2 routes to a cheaters rebuttal, both ways you mentioned. Personally, if i were banned, i'd take the "civil" approach aswell, but it doesn't prove their innocence.

Personally, if he cheats, it's using a wall hack.

I did not want to be the first to say it since I saw the demo before anyone, but I didn't notice any hacks, lucky spray shots if anything. I had some crazy spray headshots on vanilla yesterday, nothing different than whats on the demo. Just my 2 cents.

Banning for lack of team cooperation would make us lose a lot of players. :) It would be great if people actually performed the objectives, but let's be honest, a pub is a pub. Rabies actually plants/defuses the bomb quite often. Do I wish he'd stop saving his USP or glock with a minute left in the round? Absolutely. That's where a beacon, slap, or slay is used depending on the frequency of a player stalling. As for intentional team attacking/killing, I've never seen that, but I won't assume it hasn't happened.

Edit: You know what would be a good mod? Drop weapon! If someone is wasting everyone's time just trying to save their gun, an admin could just slap the shit out of their hands at the last second.

Valid point, but look at his situation from a different angle, as in, the victims or his actions.
If you were waiting for the round to finish and forced to sit thru his weapon saving for like 30sec-minute every round, or his CT favoritism based on maps for advantages and you auto assign like a good samaritan.
Banning for lack of cooperation would make us lose a lot of players, yes. But having to deal with his shit when he's on makes u lose players as well.
You can't win regardless, I'm just speaking my mind. That weapon drop addon would be useful tho :)

Well, thats further rationale why he appears so good, is by the time he's starting to engage in combat, 2minutes in, his opponents are probably already wounded.

Actually the guy doesn't bother me, but I don't have the classic rage that seems to manifest itself so much with this game.
