Go spec > Follow him > Open console > Type "record demonamehere" > Take demo from TF2 folder > Upload to filehosting site > Link it here

Make sure you put "Status" after trying in record <record name>, that way you can obtain the Steam ID and someone will be on his ass while recording the demo.
