Usually SJ handles these, I simply leave these here for whomsoever is in charge that has jurisdiction, and has the time to validate.

Sucks about Pancakes, seemed like a cool dude, but in his chatlogs he even admits to spamming music.

Indeed, with a previous week ban, I'm afraid a longer term may "make the point". 1 Week he may be back and return to his old behavior. I will be watching for it.
