You could always provide us with a demo of you playing while maintaining your 4 KPD / 80+ HS percentage. We've had players who wish to play here do that before to prove their innocence.

If you miss us so much after just an hour play-time on our server, I'm sure you won't mind.

as for a permanent ban, what exactly would I be permanently banned for? admin disrespect? are you serious? you disrespected me far more than i did you, what kind of example is that setting?

I responded naturally to the naive response which was about my ban, of course anyone in my position would be passive aggressive about that but i'm not the one throwing full-fledged insults and curse-words over it am I? ......

btw, there is a difference between truth and insults; insults are out of spite, and truth is out of freedom of information. I wasn't going to hold back any of that information because it may come off as rude, it pertained to the subject and ban and since no one had mentioned those facts I pointed them out. probably wouldn't have been disrespect if another admin said it?

EDIT2: an example of many casual-players emotional attachment to this game is quite evident in the demo provided and gives you a glimpse of my everyday experience of playing on any server but mine or client-based pugs. as soon as i took out those 2 guys (or was it three?) the fellow instantly claimed I was cheating; no evidence to back his claim, just a rage-induced response to his death. now that you're aware of this you can understand why i would assume this as a response out of Brains or another good example would be Ramserran's response. although you would've had to have been in the server at the time it happened, i think you get the idea .....

Anyways I took a demo. Honestly I don't think he's walling but I'm pretty skeptical about his aim.
Reasons:
1) For a player as "good" as he is, he shoots at his teammates pretty often. When he does this however, his aim is horrible (i.e. missing them by 5-10 degrees)
2) For the most part, his aim on enemies looks legit enough, but that said, there are way too many instances of lucky double, triple, or quadruple kills when he burst fires on a group of clustered enemies. That sort of occurrence is very rare, but not when watching cudamank.

I will add the demo here in a little bit. I have to upload it and do some other crap first.

Also, please note that if you Google search his steamID like so "STEAM_0:1:7347645", you'll find that he was already banned from two other servers for aimbotting. That doesn't necessarily make it true that he is aimbotting, but it doesn't help his cause. Especially since he claimed in his first post here "that this has never happened before" (Actual quote: "i've been called many things but never an aimbotter; that's a first").

I wasn't lying when I said that, I hadn't received bans under that reason until here then it started happening after I tried visiting other servers. Some other servers just don't give a crap whether you're really a hacker or not so I'll end up with a ban anyway and no way to appeal it. Other servers a bit nicer and tell me to just go pistol only or reconnect after a certain ratio.

as for the team attacking comment, sometimes I'll respond via reflex and accidentally fire in a teammates direction but after the couple milliseconds of thought I realize it isn't enemy and do not continue to fire or compensate for my aim. This is obviously a different case for the enemy

I watched the demo you provided cudamank... I don't think it helps you convince anyone... A lot of those kills were pretty ridiculous, and there is a pretty big difference between when you shoot while there are no other players in view, versus when there are players in view. It seems that your ak/m4's spray pattern is normal while no one is around, but when you're actually shooting at someone, it always progresses straight up, if at all. I've noticed in the demos that it seems that your accuracy goes up while moving & shooting, instead of down (while using the dynamic crosshair, it's size decreases when it should be rather high).

All of that stuff is circumstantial though... The crosshair thing could be due to your tapping wasd instead of holding them, or other factors that go into accuracy. The spray pattern thing is harder to justify. It is possible to have a mastery of the spray patterns such that you can go full auto and get a reasonably good cluster, but doing it while moving around, and with the sort of accuracy you're getting is... too good to be true. On top of that, there are times here and there where your bullets are just plain not going where they should be. For example: shooting 20 degrees off center to where the enemy's face happens to be... could be luck... but you'd have to be damn lucky... again and again and again...

I can't point at any one thing and say "AH, there's the proof that (s)he hacks!", but I can't watch the whole thing in real time or slowed down and feel that your play is legit. If you're not hacking, then you should be playing professionally. If you are hacking, then that's scary because if you can't tell the hackers from the legit players, then CS:S will cease to exist.

While I am familiar with what professional level 1.6 looks like, I am not too familiar with what pro level CS:S looks like. I'm in the process right now of watching/downloading tournament videos so I can see if even the best can do what you're doing. If they can't do it, then I'll be forced to conclude that you're hacking.

By the way, my opinion on this matter is just that. I'm just another player on the server, not part of TD and not an admin. I just wanted to make that clear so you don't make any false assumptions.

if it's any satisfaction to you, I was quite prominent on goldsrc back when I played; once I made the shift from goldsrc to source I received flattering responses to my gameplay that would otherwise be mundane in the goldsrc community

yea I started playing around with a tag "#BuyMeESEA" and received some offers lately but aside from that I have no interest in playing professionally. I'm actually aspiring to become a programmer (well have been since I was fairly young) but that consumes my time tremendously and leaves almost no room for commitment to video games such as this one.. with that being said I enjoy indulging in some casual pub play but unfortunately it ends in situations like we're seeing right now so that leaves me in a grey area :\

the term "better be safe than sorry" can apply in both of our perspectives so maybe we could meet a compromise? I wouldn't mind if you applied a pistol-only rule to me (which is common for me) but I cannot be certain that it will lower my score or ratio in any significant way but will increase my chances of entering fatal situations quite drastically
