Bandicam Setup Suggestions

Howdy,

I tinkering with Bandicam to record some TF2 stuff. What I am looking for are configuration suggestions so I can get decent video quality (with sound) and yet keep the video file fairly small for forum posting.

My friend uses bandicam, ill gather information from him if I can and bring it back here.

I use Bandicam but all I do is hit record and stop.

Better to use the in-game demo system, but thats just me.

I thought the build-in system was disabled on most servers

Nah, you're thinking of replays, demos are a whole different thing.
