I am requesting a ban on a player called "blacklava" who was wall hacking on the chicago trade server. He has also changed his name to "ADMIN blacklava". When i was asking for an admin to kick him he said that he was a darkly admin and he was allowed to hack. I also think he had scammed some people in other trade servers and is trying to scam people in this one. (sorry for the long paragraph)
