I just join server #3 and I see Jake selling a rancho relaxo taunt for 2 keys. Naturally I question his price since its been going down ever since the new update came out. He gave no response and proceeded to trade Ronri Poteto who was currently buying that taunt. Several people including myself announced over the mic that it was not worth 2 keys but the trade proceeded anyways. Not sure of Ronri had his game muted or not but still that is considered scamming/sharking on some sorts. Some feedback would be appreciated.

It's not your job to police pricing on the server, and asking 2 keys for a Rancho is not even close to scamming or sharking...

First, there are no "set" prices for any of this stuff - there are resources like bp.tf that provide a good starting point for negotiation, but those prices are only a suggestion...

Second, if the trade doesn't involve you then it is quite literally none of your business.....if you are asked for help that's one thing, but you have no business interfering in the voluntary trades other people make.

~ Do not police prices
Players are entitled to buy/sell items for whatever price they desire. While alerting players of unfair prices is fine, doing so should be brief and not repeated attempts to regulate another player's prices.

~ No sharking
Sharking is the act of repeatedly and actively targeting newer, uninformed players and using deceptive tactics to convince or pressure the player into trading a high-value item for change a fraction of its value.

A player publicly offering to sell an item for a 'high price' is by no means sharking. As Tick Tock already said, players are entitled to sell their product for whatever prices they want. Please do not attempt to regulate another player's prices.

On a side note, for the last damn time, do not include copy/pasted chat logs in your reports.
