6:20 mark you see the trade offer was cancelled and at 4:20 mark Zugführer was no longer on the server and victim remarked he ran.

Looking into this it would seem that this individual was already permabanned from the servers, but somehow he was able to reconnect.

I will go ahead and close this. To other admins reading this, if he does reconnect to the servers he is to be banned on the spot.
