BANNED Ban request (Voidurai)

I would like to make a ban on Voidurai for his rudeness and spamming. I've been getting chats about him disrespecting me and a few others, I'm been giving him many warnings and still does not follow my commands. I'm just doing my job. Must of the time he's just spamming or being rude to others. Many people dislike his additude. This time, I finally got proof.

Newb (a friend of mine) even sent me the exact rules to be followed about this situation:
Newb: Breaking rules #2 and #3
Newb: 2. Disrespecting DARKLY will not be tolerated.

Don't like our servers? Don't like the way the server is run or administrated? Then don't play here. Do not expect us to standby and let you badmouth our community, Admins, or players.
Newb: 3. Discrimination, Racism, Or Sexism Will Not Be Tolerated.

Where are your screenshots showing this personal attack?

I can certainly see the evidence since he has just over 6K in logs. However, I do ask that you provide proof of someone making threats/abuse towards an individual. Mouthing off like a retarded animal is not enough to warrant a ban.

I did see your name be thrown about, I cycled him for a few hours to relax...if he starts the personal attacks again, it will be an even longer ban.
