Although he (Karis) didn't come back to me or someone else, I tracked him down (somehow) and managed to give the victim his reward of 1 refined in various weapons and items. In doing this, I reminded the scammer of server #2's rules and reminded him running isn't allowed on the server. Now, I do not expect him to be guilt-free, however it's not my decision as to what his fate for the Darkly servers are. The reason I posted this was to notify the mods, community members, and admins of Darkly of another person to look out for. Thanks!

To clarify from your edit; you approached the runner, retrieved the unpaid wager, and returned said wager to the victim?

Please note that a screenshot of the victim's inventory history is required for a ban to be forwarded to SteamRep; any other bans will remain local to DGN

Of course! My intentions had been to inform. About half way through I tracked him down and went for it. But, I thought it would be wasteful to throw away a report. Thanks for looking at it, anyway :)

Your intentions were in good nature, but since he fessed up and payed his debt, he walks.

If it happens again however and he fails to pay, this report can be referenced in deciding on whether to trust him again. Which is going to be painfully obvious.
