Update: I used the in game report feature and Cheese came on, removed the spray and warned the guy not to do it again

We can still issue a ban if need be, though I'm getting an error when trying to view the image you uploaded.

That's probably because I copied and pasted out of my Steam screenshots then deleted the screenshot. Sorry about that, I'll upload image next time instead of pasting what I guess was a link
