BANNED Ban Request: Electric Cobra

• 7-24-2014 and 7-25-2014, Around 11:00 AM on both occasions, Eastern Standard Time and Darkly Trade and Idle #2
• On the 24th of July Electric kept spamming chat with racist slurs (don't have screenshots of that specific incident) and then proceeded to call me homophobic slurs :'(. Then the next day he started accusing me of "scamming" even though all I was doing was selling Weapons for a scrap each.
