DENIED Ban Request (El señor de los Completos)

I would like to send a ban request for El Senor due to mic spamming. I gave him many warnings yesterday and today. Tick Tock claims that he had problem with Senor as well. On server #1 Trade server, Around 2:10 PM Eastern, on this day, there were 2 mic spammers, and Senor was one of the spammers. I couldn't get the name of the other spammer, luckily Tick Tock muted him.

Yeah, Mini-sentries does make people mad. No evidence, sadly. I may have witnesses, but that won't do. I just keep getting complaints about him through Steam.
