Hats was humming on the mic. Not continuously, but was still a bit annoying.

Could have been dealt with a quick warning/mute in-game and I see nothing on the player's' record.
Going to issue a 30 minute ban purely to have documentation of his actions.

If you or anyone else catches or reports him, It will add to his record resulting in longer bans as time goes on.
