Date: 9th of June (Also the 8th, the 7th, 6th.. basically he does this everyday, everytime he's on the server)
Time: Between 2:50PM and 2:57PM GMT on TF2 Trade/Idle Toronto #2
Repeatedly spams his bind into chat, a minimun of ATLEAST 3 times and more. Twice I've seen him use his bind more than 10 times in one go, completely flooding the chat. The first time he flooded it I asked him to stop or i'd take screens and post them here, he said "sorry", then a few minutes later he used his bind 3 times. I'm not sure if you can really check chat logs for spammers since demos/screenshot are more accurate, but if you can for the past few days I can almost guarantee it'll be pretty much nothing but his binds, all with the same time stamp, and I know Mods have seen him doing it but he has a habbit of leaving whenever they join the server and generally avoiding them. I've seen him been gagged for it, but I don't think he's going to learn unless he gets a tempt ban or something.
I know my screens don't show much spamming, but I'm hoping some Mods that know of this guy can share some input.
