the yahoo mail was my e-mail I used the first and it was still in use on steam until the account got hjacked. I was using in only for steam, facebook but the outlook e-mail is a new one that I made for an account on steamsupport because it could be the e-mail was hjacked so the could take the account back once I got it back.

Pay special attention to that last one.

While I agreed to release the tag, I am hesitant on letting a hijacked and even recovered, still vulnerable account to be allowed back onto trading servers and communities. Secure your account, your e-mail, and your personal computer.

Reply back when you have done this.

I use an other e-mail since the account got hijacked, not using it for any other thing. I got rid of all programs on my computer that I don't use and now I got a better anti-virus/spyware/mall-ware and made sure my firewall is activated and working good. No-one else uses my computer besides my sister but only for school (sometimes). No-one knows my current e-mail and I use a password that doesn't make sense to my life or all my other passwords. I open my steam account on my laptop or the one of my uncle but his laptop is more secure than mine and he never got phishing link or downloaded an program that hasn't been scanned by 2 programs.

When you use Steam on a computer that may potentially be accessed by someone other than yourself, ensure that you have logged out of the account besides just closing the program.

Un-check the box that says 'Remember' underneath your log-in for both Browser and Steam Client.
And just saying the new e-mail is made to secure if the one I was using is hijacked too.
I hope it will not happen again. A lot of e-mails, modern ones, use a 'two-step verification', coined by Google, Inc. This is what Steam Support and SteamRep are asking users to utilize because of the abundance of scamming software.

Pending.
