I'm here to add new info to my ban that was recently appealed.

In this link you will find Gatherix stating:
"Furthermore, it was brought to my attention that, after being banned, you pursued the user over Steam and continued to harass them."

To which I IMMEDIATELY responded with:
" I'm gonna start by saying THIS: The person in question Fat Cat, added me. As soon as I had left/was banned, I noticed his friend request. As SOON as I accepted he spammed me with "HA now I'm going to up your ban status to permanent for harassment HAHAHAHHAAH FAT CAT ALWAYS WINS" and "Fat Cat always wins, you cant TOUCH this man I got friends in high places" as well as many many hahahahaha's. I thought nothing of it at first because when I was removed from darkly, I had seen website and it showed a 5 day ban. I just thought he was full of himself. Now I'm wondering about your sources saying I added him...The fact you are saying that, as an opening statement for reason to my ban upgrade leads me to believe you've spoken with him.I'm assuming he has managed to contact you/one of your admins personally and actually DID manage to manipulate the situation. I can't stress enough how mad he was for me inhibiting his profit margin. I understand he IS a donor, and he may get a certain level of trust amongst the staff, but this is a damn setup! He added me, and if THAT'S the issue here, I say prove it!

a) FatCat adding Zachy as I had thought. Solidifying my opinion, that the idea of me adding FatCat was superimposed and was already taken as fact. I tried to show how no matter what I said, I wasn't going to convince you otherwise. Yes he had to add him to contact an admin...but why 13 days later, are they still friends? How long have they been friends? How long ago did they BECOME friends?! Or were they already friends when that comment was left on Zachy's profile? I have no way of knowing. All I DO know is what FatCat promised...

Zachy is flat out calling me out on it! Zachy-"If what you say is true, and Fat Cat did in fact add you. Why accept?
If he started to pursue you and try to get a rise out of you. Why not delete him?"


Now I hate to beat a dead horse here Gatherix, but common. Gatherix-"You keep stating how FatCat got what he wanted; that's just a continuation of the acrimony. As Zackychuu said, you need to remove yourself from the situation. The repeated concern in your appeal with what FatCat 'got away with' suggests to me that your attitude hasn't changed.

This is unfair and I really think that these screenshots should not only be added to the archive, but that my "acrimony" demands a second look here... My repeated concern is being interpreted as me not letting it go. I am appealed! I am now with a 3 month ban(from perma), and I found new evidence to SHOW, CLEARLY that this is not a fabrication! I was ALL TOO HAPPY to say "bye Gatherix and thank you", as I did, and leave it at that, but he JUST added me AGAIN! I have no reason to complain. I am fully aware that my actions merited a RE-action but I hope that this evidence shows that my repeated concerns are based on the FACTS shown in those pics.

Because they were friends when I checked FatCat's profile out the first time, AND now (with him adding me a second time), I'm seeing Zachy on his list again. This is ridiculous. I had said I thought an admin was friends with this person in question prior to my ban, and now I am sure of it.

I am not out to attack Darkly. All the proof is here, and if I need to accept his request and copy that chat to you, I will! I was however DOUBTED when I said this happened last time, so maybe a video of my accepting the request and the entire chat that ensues? I want desperately for you all to SEE why he added me and that my quotes from him were not fabricated. He is not done messing with me, and for HIM this is not over.

Please, Gatherix or whomever is in charge of this operation at this point...just TRYyy to see it from my point of view here. My attitude has not changed. As in to say my feelings towards Zachy, FatCat and sharks in general has not changed. What has changed however is how i will react to these people and these kind of situations. The only reason I am even here anymore is due to this information,which I strongly think should be archived. Seeing as how I am not attempting to ban FatCat and I AM currently banned, I felt a ban appeal was the best place to add this info. If I need to relocate this additional information I shall.

I am not nor have I ever had to go to such great lengths to prove my innocence. This whole discussion wouldn't have taken place if this wasn't Darkly. I LOVE DARKLY! I have outstanding outpost/SR issues to deal with, and even THOSE don't take precedent over this! I will try from here on to earn some respect amongst the people of Darkly, but I get the feeling that any chance of becoming an admin is long since forgotten...All I wanted was a clean safe place to play/trade, without being targeted by raging sharks I saw a problem, I dealt with it poorly, but i feel like I'm being setup yet again here plz HELP. Zacky had nothing to do with issuing the initial ban or extending it to a perm. As I already said, I did.

The comments FatCat made to me (and again, I was the only one associated with your ban) were unverified and thus were disregarded. Done. Period. There's nothing else to it. The bans we issue are based only upon the objective judgement of the Admin and any legitimate/verified evidence provided, not by 'friends' who ask us to. Someone adding us to provide more details isn't an issue; they can either provide verified evidence which later affect the ban, or provide unverified evidence which do nothing. This 'evidence' you've provided doesn't incriminate anyone. I've stressed numerous times that your accusations of FatCat and his alleged sycophantics is an entirely separate issue from your ban and appeal; you were banned for your actions, not FatCat's, and his actions don't at all absolve you from yours. If you want to report him for harassment/sharking/whatever else the reason may be, file a report.

Zackychuu had nothing to do with the ban. I don't know why FatCat was friends with him, and I don't care; being on an Admin's friends list isn't an crime.


Ban extended to 6 months. Any further post, thread, message, or anything else regarding regarding your ban, appeal, or this specific 'incident' with FatCat will result in an indisputable and permanent ban.

I'm starting to get real tired of your accusations.
Not that it is detrimental to this ban in any way, but I added FatCat yesterday because we were talking about trading cards in the server and we agreed on helping each other out with badges.
That comment on my profile was so long ago I can't even remember what was talked about, or if we even talked at all.

As in to say my feelings towards Zachy, FatCat and sharks in general has not changed.

I'm wondering if this is bad grammar or you're attempting to accuse an Admin of being a Shark?
