Well guys its been a good long weekend, now im down to my last day off tomorrow. Finally got all of my baby shopping complete when my mother came down. Rorschach...I might head up that way, just looking at a map it appears the most direct route takes me through Erie (from SW Ohio) if I don't go through Detroit. I'll run it past the woman and let you know in a couple of days.

committing is for sissies. I just crank up my undo, temp and user tablespaces and commit, maybe once, twice a week, depending on if I'm sober enough to drag myself to the server, log in as root across the WAN using telnet, sqlplus in, and type commit.

Also, I never multiplex my control files, and backup my database by actually querying the tables, and jotting down the data in my notebook.
