Assault is fun when it's 5v5. More than that and it becomes a campfest.

all of the hostage maps are boring as fk and every round runs out the time w/ people camping

no idea why we play hostage w/ 32 people

On Assault it's just CT's camping it out while the T's try to snipe people on the roof.

Here's a synopsis of Assault: Everyone who voted for it joins T. Everyone who is on CT rtv's after the first two rounds, but it's not enough to garner a map vote. Two rounds after the halftime everyone who was initially on T decides to blow their load 6 rounds early and rtv. A map vote occurs concluding the map early and leaving the (initial) CT side sore and woefully unsatisfied.

agreed cs_downtown is an awesome map!! assault needs to get tossed

de_bluecorridor and de_beroth would also be great maps to add to the rotation list, if they were ready. IIRC, a CS:GO version of de_bluecorridor isn't available (CS:S port or remake), and de_beroth (CS:S port) isn't in playable condition at the moment. Too bad.
