Native flash support In Safari (apple browser) is highly unlikely.
Basically you can make an app to take over the Flash app or video like YouTube does.

and because of this only certian websites Will work. Apple does not want native flash support because it will allow people to run flash apps on their phones and pulling people away from the app store which is kinda like shooting themselves in the foot.
