SJ: I didnt do anything yet, ive just run into a little dilemna which is putting me into an awkward position and so im thinking of taking legal action. I was just hoping someone here dealt with small claims court before so i can get a general gist of how it works/how long it takes.

I had to go thought CRTC when Rogers broke a singed contract with me, and won but it took 3 months. Not small calms court but that was my next option. Good luck.

There's a few forms you have to fill out, basically personal information, story, what you want... It's free to file a few claims a year I believe, and if the other fails to defend themselves you win by default. Should actually be a fairly inexpensive and easy thing to do yourself, I think biggest cost is time.
