Anybody know a good free vps that allows me to install software?

It may be a bit random to say this, and I think I could have just posted this in the LirBox, but I don't think anybody would have seen my post.
I just need a free vps that allows me to install software into it (like, put a .exe file into the hard drive) for an upcoming project that will be amazing.
