Anti-TK for CS:GO

I'll try putting up the Anti-TK mod on the Competitive server to test soon. It still isn't working 100% in CS:GO. Options like reflective damage cause the server to crash, so we'll have to test all the different settings and fine tune.

Hopefully this thing at the very least kicks morons before they cause too much trouble.

I really enjoyed the punishment thing you had going when i played on your source server
that way if the tk was an accident and he was my teammate i can vote forgive
but if he was a dick i can smite him dead with the thunder of God at any time in the next round :)
I feel reflect damage would hurt the team too much overall with frag splash damage etc.
also would kill the whole "realism" vibe the game goes for

One with a forgive option would be nice. That, or one is more forgiving of people who are playing a few hours. Got autobanned Friday night after a bad nade throw.

Tossed a nade down the stairs on Contra while someone was defusing. Two barely alive teammates ran after it and died. I think they did it on purpose to get me banned.
