I know i havent been on in a while but i was a lead admin a year ago getting back into the game so whats the deal

Selling no clip, low gravity, other abuses. Not to mention you disappeared. Also, an "admin" should also know how to make a proper ban appeal.

I've lowered your ban to 3 months, but you have been stripped of Admin.
