I just got a (Painted white) Vintage Vintage Tyro lvl 42, what could I sell this for, I'm thinking around a bills.

I'd say
3 keys for the hat
1 key for the level
2 keys for paint.
So about 6 keys..
You might be able to snag a bills if you're lucky.
But the best thing you could do is put it on outpost for offers! :)
