$950 start money

I understand that MAC 10s are $1000 now so having $1000 start money doesn't work anymore. I assume the original reason for using $1000 was to allow full armor purchase. Given that's no longer the case why not just make it $800 so they can be normal pistol rounds? What's the extra $150 for?

Another thing I noticed today is that if I join mid map I can't do my typical armor up and find a used gun lying around strat. Changing it to $800 won't help that though. Restrict mac10 purchase first round or just straight $800 start money are my favourite options.
