the teams were slightly stacked last time.... I think if we ran the draft like a normal draft the teams would be more even. So picks would go-
team 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, and so on.

also knifing for sides, I think it could be fun if the hole team did it and last team member standing won.
