Hi guys,

Not sure if anyone is interested in this, but just in case ... :).

I am part of a motorsport club called "HADA Motorsport". I'm also the Autoslalom director for my club and this year I will be organising 5 events throughout the year starting with May.

If anyone is interested in motorsport, Autoslalom is the best way to start this. Is safe, you can use literally any car you want and learn about car control ... and most of it have some fun.

BRAMPTON!? fuck. i always let my insurance company know before i go there! how many people max for an event and how soon before the event does registration usually fill up? also, what is required to pass inspection?

i'd really like to make it out for the one on july 30th and/or aug 7th but i don't feel confident to register until at least my new powerplant is in ze engine bay. should be a perfect match for autox :)

We can have up to 100 people running per day.
So far, we have never maxed that number. The most people we had I believe was about 70-80 in one day.
We encourage pre-registrations ... this way you can get the event at a lower price as well. Pre-registration is closed with 2 weeks before each event.

We do not do inspection on the cars per say. That is your thing to worry about. If you are running with a broken car or potential problems ... well you are asking for trouble. What we usually recommend is make sure your brakes are in proper order, tires have enough thread on them and IF possible something good and not your winter tires :).
And if you have any concerns, let me know and I can help out.

Required: helmet! This is a must. if you do not have one, you can always use one of the helmets we provide ... but remember anyone else is using them as well ;).

Tell me what you are interested on and I'll do my best to help you out!

You don't have to be extremely fast ... is autocross ;).
There will be a lot of people running stock cars.
Other people are using autocross events to tune and test their cars as well.
Of course you also have the hard core autocross guys or the guys that come to the events just to have some fun with their cars ...
To make it short, anyone and any car is literally welcome!

i'd like to stress the fact that this really is an opportunity for everyone to have fun in their cars

there are plenty of people that come out with 4 door low power 10 year old beaters just for the hell of it.

a helmet is all you really need!

thanks for the info 35! wish i could come out in any old bucket but i have only one bucket to drive and it's soon to be the recipient of a build i've been trying to put together for 2 years so i'm not putting off that project for the world!
