15/15 max only on TD?

I sometimes play on Very Poor People (VPP) and Potsmokerslounge and their official maps allow for 16/16 players and I'm thinking that there is probably a way to do the same on TD.

I'm just pointing it out since I know that it's a problem, I have no clue how to do it. hehe

Someone from TD with access to server would have to modify the VMF mapfile with additional spawn points with Souce SDK.

TD has 2 spec spots, is it possible those are taking it's the extra spots?
TD server can barely handle 15/15 as it is. If you have ever played with 10/10 or less in off hours it's like planing on a LAN.. there is never any non registered hits
