103hp -- wtf?

Check out this pic I snagged earlier today of "fo t fo" with 103hp. What gives? How is it possible that this player has more than 100 health?

If you knife someone you get a 25 HP bonus.

More specifically, knife someone in the back and get the 1 shot kill you get a 25 HP bonus.

Its an incentive for the knifers. I mean chances are the knifer will get shot several times if not killed in the process. Sometimes you get a knife kill and you have barely any HP left. So 25 HP for knife kills is fair. But yea, Biop explained the reason for the 103 hp. :)
