While I respect the fact that we need to balance teams out and whatnot, it is super annoying to get switched back and forth 4+ times through one match. Can we cap the number of times one player can get switched?

Having people block you is frustrating, but that's why you have voice chat, to scream and shout and curse at them to get out of the way.
